THE SOUTH BANK

After meeting his client and being assigned a new job, the main character has to search an apartment that is being used as an interim storage of unknown matter and value. On his way through the apartment, the robber takes his time to examine a couple off-key objects and finds a way to increase his pay. Everything is going according to plan until the owner of the apartment returns home, which causes the robber’s plans to take an unexpected turn. In 2023 “THE SOUTH BANK” has been officially selected by six film festivals around Europe, three of which chose the film to participate in the finals.

My work on this project was 2nd unit Cinematographer/Camera Operator to capture South Bank – a Short Film written and directed by Chris Heisler from Camcat. It was filmed mostly on Red Komodo by Cinematographer Max Golov and I filmed coverage with the Kinefinity Mavo Edge 8k Cinema Camera, and Schoeps CMC1 MK41 Microphone. Both cameras seamlessly matched together in the colour grade.
